Nurburgring production car lap time set again by Viper ACR

Viper Exchange owner Ben Keating secured veteran GT driver Dominik Farnbacher and the record was brought back to Viper with a 7:12.13

In Aug 2008, the Viper ACR of Tom Colonel set the record at 7:22.1

the Dodge Viper holds the record at Buttonwillow, Gingerman, Laguna Seca, Miller Motorsport Park, Nelson Ledges, Sebring, Texas World Speedway, and Willow Springs

 They've got the full story how this 1969 Barracuda, 340, 4 speed but upgraded to a 440 for drag racing and painted in the early 70's came to keep it's cool paint and get out of the barn it was stored in
Yup, it's worth the 6 bucks

Road Runner in 1969 running in the Baja 1000... if ever a better named car and race met, I can't think of it

I think this was the back page of Mopar Muscle

Ugly and not cool... a look that would be better left to cool hot rods, not ugly mid 70's Satellites



I've always disliked the 400 engine... just no place for it in a 383, 413, 426, 440 wedge big block line of respectable engines. Name one thing you can rescpect a 400 for... and the crowd goes silent

I've always liked the Flying Tigers Motif, but even a cool thing like the sharks grin can't make this ugly car better.
